At Euroqo International, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every sink and ceramic washbasin we deliver. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it to us within 48 hours with clear photos and details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
