Processed or Shipped Orders:
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product. -
Non-Cancellable Items:
Orders for customized, special-order, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed. These items are manufactured or imported specifically as per customer requirements and cannot be resold.
